Cost Estimating, Conceptual Estimating Our estimating system is backed by an item database that stores everything we need to build our estimates, including standard industry items, fully loaded labor rates, productivity factors, add-ons, and other estimating factors. Quality Control Dokoozian & Associates has a proven Quality Control and Safety program. This enables us to complete any project with no safety violations and no quality control issues. In addition to our Safety Management Plan, we implement our Fall Protection Plan and our Hazardous Material Plan on all projects. Our emphasis is on Total Quality Control, whereas, no defective items are allowed anywhere in our construction process. While the zero defects goal is difficult to obtain, it provides a goal that our organization constantly strives for.
